FIX THAT DAMN THING

I'M LIKE SO FRI**ING FED UP WITH THE LAYOUT MENU. No offence. It just can't work. I tried to rearrange the side bar but the damn thing won't move. I would like to ask GOOGLE BLOGGER to please FIX THAT DAMN THING!

P.S.: You know what I'm talking about or not? Aiyo...It's that click-and-drag rearranging of the side bar...it seriously doesn't put that thing where I want it to be. Stupid thing.
